Shimon (四文, Shimon) is a mysterious man who travelled with the Koutetsujou and Mumei.

Shimon was on a mission with Mumei needing to reach Kongoukaku. They arrive with Koutetsujou in Aragane Station, where Kenshou Yomogawa welcome them as his guests and excuse them from the mandatory infection check-up.
Later when Aragane Station gets attacked by Kabane, he and Mumei heads towards Koutetsujou, but on their way, he gets bitten and stops, telling Mumei she needs to continue alone and then uses Suicide Bag to kill himself.
